t-shirt Sizing (updated)
• Unless otherwise indicated, all t-shirts are printed on Continental Clothing shirts. These shirts have a regular fit, and more loose than the American Apparel t-shirts we sold previously.
• In the event you order an incorrect size, you can exchange it for a different size (if available). Please be sure the shirt is in saleable condition before returning.
• Shirt size measurements are as follows:

Payment
     
• Payments accepted in GBP (£) with Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, or Switch.
• Orders within the EU will be charged VAT. These countries are:

• Credit card and customer details will be entered and encrypted on Nochex's SSL servers.
• Orders placed outside the EU may be subject to customs duty and is the customer's responsibility to pay.

Postage
• All goods are sent first class or airmail in good strong packaging.
• Orders submitted with insufficient postage to the shipping country may result in the order being declined.
• Refunds resulting from postage overpayment will be less £0.50 in order to recoup this service charge.
• Postage rates are as follows:

Tracking
• We cannot replace orders lost in the post unless you add tracking to your order.
• For UK orders, add Signed For for an additional £1.00 per order.
• For non-UK orders, add International Signed For (tracks order before leaving UK only) for £3.50 per order or Airsure (faster than 1st class airmail w/full tracking to destinatinon, depending on destination country's priority mail services) for £4.50 per order.
• Airsure is only available to the following countries:

If you choose Airsure and your country is not listed above, you will be refunded £0.50 in order to recoup the refund service charge.

Delivery
• Orders will usually be shipped within 3-5 working days; known delays will be posted on the News section.
• Orders of 5 or more pieces of vinyl may be shipped in separate packages, and will be indicated as such on your invoices.

Refunds/Exchange
• You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it.
• There are no refunds on vinyl 12"s or CDs; exchanges will only be issued for the same item if it is damaged.
• Returns or exchanges without authorisation will be refused; the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs incurred for exchanges.

Privacy
• dj-surgeon.com online shop will never, ever use your email address for any purpose other than order-related correspondence.
